#7 Castlevania
Castlevania is easily the hardest game I've ever played. From the crazy four hit death first boss battle, and the massive hordes of the undead coming at you, Castlevania kicks your butt. In a good way. The more you played, the farther you wanted to get, and the farther you got, the more fun and challenging it became. The platforming added a level of brilliance to the game, as it relied on multi-leveled climbing and fighting with the ingenious use of stairs. The graphics back then were the best on the NES, and the combat was responsive, and each hit felt powerful. Castlevania definitely deserves a spot on my list.

#8 Kid Icarus
Kid Icarus masterfully mastered platforming, while adding a layer of difficulty with a short bow and varied kinds of enemies. Locales were beautiful, the chippy tunes were catchy and Kid Icarus sent the NES into the sky. Highly acclaimed by critics, and commercial gamers, Kid Icarus is a ton of fun. With each step more difficult than the last, you'll have quite a bit of trouble trying to get to the end, giving it a lasting appeal. Kid Icarus is fun, fast paced, and can only be beaten by true gamers. Kid Icarus kills it for a spot on this list.

#10 Metroid
Metroid started open exploration. Super Metroid may have done it flashier, but original blew the NES into the eyes of all people who wanted to game. It masterfully used backtracking and puzzle solving to make it one of the most exciting games ever. The upgrade system to Samus's suit and weapons made her feel all the more powerful. The hectic combat kept you hooked and kept you saying, one more room, one more room. Metroid master key of puzzles, combat, and open exploration made it one of the most memorable and awesome games to date.

Christ Centered Gamer: Check It Out
I am a part of the site christcenteredgamer.com and they are PRETTY AWESOME. Unlike other sites like pluggedin.com, Christ Centered Gamer takes games and reviews them on their awesomeness, AND their moral aspects. CCG doesn't over exaggerate moral aspects and doesn't let it eclipse games that should truly be played at one point. Check it out. Their reviews are top notch.

Let's Begin Shall We?
I have a question for everyone. what is your all time favorite quote from any video game? I will start off with mine. "History is written by the victor. History is full of liars. If he lives, and we die, his truth becomes written, and ours is lost." ~Captain John Price, Modern Warfare 2. What is yours?
I Apologize For The Delay...

Though I will be postponing the Top Ten lists I have been working on for quite a while. I will do them over. Eventually. Thank you for your patience.
