#7 M. Bison - Street Fighter Series
Mr. Bison is a fantastic villain to face in a fighting game. All too often, fighting games have final fights that are less than exciting, but when Mr. Bison entered the scene, he changed everything. Though being world-champion fighter Ryu's nemesis, he still manages to escape his grasp though over six Street Fighter games. He is a powerful opponent, and a dangerous criminal. He's powerful and great enough to keep the Street Fighter games challenging and fun after all these years.

#7 Hero
#7 Batman - Batman: Arkham Asylum, Batman: Arkham City
Remember when all Batman games sucked? Yeah, that changed when Rocksteady took over the Batman series, it changed the face of Batman. In both games, the Bat looks spot on. Not a single detailed is spared in making the super powerless man a hero that rivals Superman. As the games progress you see detriments to his suit, bullet marks, claw holes, mask cracks, blood, and bruises. When you play as Batman, you come to realize he's a normal guy (aside from his world-renown syndicate). He bleeds, he feels, and all he wants is some smack-down justice. And throughout his entire crime-fighting career, he never kills a single person, never fired a single shot, and never has had a guilty conscience. When villains escape, its never his fault, but he takes the responsibility of bringing them back, without killing them. He's also got a heart, and he wants to take vengeance against all villains for killing his parents, while keeping a staying hand. He's a detective, martial arts expert, tech guru, and billionaire. Batman is definitely my favorite superhero, and a fantastic addition to my list.
